Overview
Double screw mixer is convection mixer of high efficiency.It has characteristic of gentle, high accuracy mixing and no damage to product.Two screws suspended from a turning arm, with different rotation semi diameter and different length, make three-dimensional action;Meantime, two screws make self rotation.

Working Principle
There are two asymmetrical lifting spirals in the material mixing. When the material is mixed, the two spirals rotate to produce lifting force on the material.
The material moves with the spirals to the upper part of the material cylinder and converges and falls to the central depression.
The rotating arm will push the material that has not entered the spiral in the slow rotating state of the cylinder wall, and at different heights will write the screw, so that the material in the cylinder can be mixed and stirred in an all-round way.Accelerate the material.
